Terms of Service

1. The Service

AutoBlog (autoblog.neoned71.com) is a subscription service that generates articles on your configured topics and delivers them to your designated webhook endpoint on a schedule.

2. Subscription & Billing

The service is billed at $100/month, charged in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial months.

3. Your Content & Your Blog

You own the articles generated for your account and are solely responsible for what you publish. You are responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of articles delivered to your site, and for your webhook endpoint's security.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Articles are generated by AI and grounded in live web research, but we do not guarantee factual accuracy, completeness, or search rankings. You should review content before publishing. We are not liable for decisions based on generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use AutoBlog to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or intended to deceive. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, outages, or AI-provider interruptions may delay delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neoned71 and AutoBlog shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. On cancellation, scheduled generation stops at the end of your paid period and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
