Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account we collect your email and a password hash. When you configure a project we store your topic selections, frequency, byline, and webhook URL. We do not collect payment card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe.

2. Generated Content

Articles generated for your account are stored to provide history and redelivery. You own them. We do not publish or publicly display the content generated for customer accounts.

3. AI Processing

To generate articles we send your project configuration and topic prompts to our AI provider (Google Gemini), which may process web search results. The articles you generate are not used to train models.

4. Webhook Data

When we deliver an article to your webhook URL, the article content is sent to that endpoint. You are responsible for the security of the receiving endpoint.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use a local authentication token and may use basic analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your subscription is active. After cancellation or termination, data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You may export or delete your data at any time by contacting hello@neoned71.com. Deleting your account removes stored projects, keys, and generated articles.
